Member Services
Member Services is one of the most prominent relational service program
components within the Division. Member Services greets and serves
participants in matters regarding Recreational Sports programs and
facility events at the SRSC and HPER buildings. Member Services collects
all program area fees and charges along with maintaining the membership
database. Member Services also performs clerical tasks pertaining to the
Division of Recreational Sports.

General Information:
Member Services Hourly serve as the front line office personnel. This is
a part-time position averaging over 20 hours a week including days,
evenings and weekends.
Specific Responsibilities:
Customer Service; collection of program fees, assisting
walk-in and phone customers by providing them with accurate and timely
information regarding memberships, programs and policies.
Qualifications:
Customer service skills; 2 years cash handling experience;
excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work under
limited supervision. |
